Totally no smoking although guests may use the garden/patio area. Extra large Victorian house is situated within a conservation area of Cleethorpes. Close to the seafront (40 yards). Our rooms are decorated to an extremely high standard. Ideal for both Business and Pleasure Travellers wishing to be in Cleethorpes and close to the Towns of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Areas of North East Lincolnshire. For Long Term Business Guests we may be able to offer a 'Special Rates'. Situated within Cleethorpes with its traditional seaside attractions, golden beaches and lovely gardens, the perfect location for touring the many delights of the Lincolnshire Wolds and visiting the historic cities of Lincoln and York. Superb location for the business traveller for both Ports of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Industries.
