Halcyon Quest (H.Q.) is situated just two minutes walk from Prestatyn High Street and within easy walking of the beach and many other picturesque strolls including the historic Offas Dyke Pathway. You can bathe in the history of Prestatyn and wander around the many castles in the North Wales area. Prestatyn is a wide North facing sandy beach with rock groynes. A long split level promenade runs the whole length of the beach heading towards Rhyl, Abergele, Llandudno and beyond. You are now able to cycle the full length of the promenade by way of a safe cycle path. We are within 10 miles of eight excellent golf courses, of which Prestatyn Golf Links is of Championship status. For the discerning golfer, we at H.Q. offer golfing mini breaks with transport to and from any golf course you choose. Details available on request. And of course for the shopper and bargain hunter, there are many markets dotted around the coast. Due to tv remote controls being taken therefore rendering the tv useless, we have had to charge a £10.00 refundable deposit. Please bear in mind all rooms have a maximum capacity (fire regulations). Should you exceed that capacity we reserve the right to refuse. You will find a blue brochure in your room which will give you all other information you require, E.G. local eating places, doctors and places of interest.

The houses mirrors Sychnant Pass in many ways. It has a lovely romantic feel to it...set as it is in near 200 acres of meadows ,park and woodland. All the little extras that Sychnant has become known for are also apparent in Pentre but it is run on a much softer line. There is a heated pool in the wall garden which is a great suntrap. Breakfast is served in the morningroom or on the Georgian terrace on warmer mornings. Dinner will be served in the formal dining room but with none of the stuffiness. There are twolovely sittingrooms all with comfy sofas and portraits of Graham's ancestors (some are quite a dour lot!!) The hidden walled garden is a lovely place to sit and read or just relax and smell the roses. The pool terraced is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy a glass of fizz.
